Veteran’s Reflections is a collection of stories of men and women who served their country in World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam War, Desert Shield and Desert Storm and present-day conflicts. These stories, video and print, will be posted throughout the month of November in honor of Veteran’s Day.
Check out the first installation of Veteran’s Reflections, highlighting Ambassador John Gunther Dean, a U.S. Army World War II veteran. Dean, a German immigrant, came to the U.S. in 1938 to avoid persecution by the Nazis.
