Even though Month of the Military Child is coming to an end soon, the U.S. Army wants to remind you that Military Children and Families should be celebrated all year long. They are the backbones to our Soldiers-whether they are home or overseas. And for that, we say thank you for all that you do and endure. You are definitely Army Strong!
Below is a small tribute to our Military Children, submitted by themselves and their families. Enjoy!
“Army Strong” drawing. Submitted by Benjamin Stemmerding, age 8.
“Like Mother, Like Son.” SFC Lishamarie Hunter (RET) and her son, SGT Gabriel W. Nitschke
“Walking in her Dad’s Shoes.” María Fernanda Díaz Félix, age 9.

As always, if you have photos you would like to submit highlighting your experience as a Military Child, send them to ocpa.osmd@us.army.mil.
