Ride to Recovery

Servicemembers and volunteers joined wounded warriors on a bike ride that took them from Austin, Texas, to Fort Hood, Texas, during the “Ride 2 Recovery” bike challenge. Ride 2 Recovery encourages the mental and physical rehabilitation of active-duty servicemembers and veterans while promoting awareness of their sacrifices. They were also joined on the 65-mile ride by Army Chief of Staff George W. Casey Jr.
