U.S. Army Corps of Engineers host Iraq scout event

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is not only constructing buildings – but lasting bonds. This scouting event with local boys in Baghdad helped to connect the future leaders in Iraq with U.S. Army Soldiers and civilians.
